Can you describe the incubator? I'm guessing you are using a fan?

yes it is a fan the incubator is a king suro 20 incubator :/

I'm not familiar with that one. Where is the fan pointing and where is the heat source? What is the heat source?

fan is pointing straight on eggs and heat source cords around fan ?
