HelpYoung ckns passing blood

@wjmiller , Do you know anyone with horses or dogs? If so, call them and see if they have any SMZ's (Sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) or Albon (sulfadimethoxine) around, those are other sulfa drugs that you could use to treat both coccidiosis and some bacterial infections, and I think they're safer than Sulmet, but don't quote me on that as I think all sulfa drugs are hard on the kidneys. If you can't find those, ask your feedstore if they have Di-Methox (12.5% sulfadimethoxine).

Take a really good look at the belly of the sickest one, does it look bruised? If so, that's probably enteritis and it will need to be treated with an antibiotic.

Thanks to everyone we kept ckns on corid and their droppings are better this morning. The isolated one was also better eating and drinking on her own and preening. When we stopped giving vitamins she got better hope they continue to improve.

That's great news!
