Hen’s neck jerking her head around while she was trying to sleep last night

On my blink camera I saw my hen's neck jerking her head all around while she was trying to sleep last night. So I went out to check in her and it stopped, I never saw it in person. Was she dreaming? (Her eyes were open for some of it) Today She has been behaving absolutely normal without neck jerking. Any ideas why her neck would we jerking her head around? Is there a way to post a short video on here?

Chickens will move their necks this way to help pass food from overstuffed crops along.

I would check her crop first thing in the morning to see if it empied overnight.

Yup, like they other have said, she is just redistributing her crop's contents.
