Hen acting oddly

BETTY, MY FEW MONTH OLD POLISH BLACK AND WHITE CRESTED HEN HAS BEEN ACTING DIFFRENT, SHE FELL OUT OF THE COOP AND SQWAKED REALLY LOUD YESTERDAY, AND SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WA SBOIBBING HER HEAD UP N DOWN AND DOING A SCREECHING NOISE. SHE DID THIS ALL NIGHT. SHE WASNT WALKIN AT ALL THEN, NOW SHES UP AND WALKIN A BIT.. SHES GETTIN BETTER, ANY IDEA OF WHAT THIS IS? COULD SHE BE LAYIN HER FIRST EGG? OR WAT?

she has damaged her brain...the polish often have open places in their skull and when they get pecked or fly into something (head) this can cause the neurological symptoms you are seeing.
Treatment for it is the same as for crookneck ...

most likely yes from the little bit you told...
There have been severe cases where the bird was totally prostrate and unable to walk, eat or drink and have recovered fully (Judy McKinn had one such and it made a full recovery)...
It depends on the severity and how early you start treatment...
If your bird does not have the full-blown crook neck problem and can eat and drink by herself then her chances are excellent...
