Update 2: the second hen that became sick seems much better today. She's eating and drinking well and is very active. Her droppings even appeared to be semi normal (photo attached). The first one, though, has only gotten worse. She can't stand on her own anymore. If she tries she stumbles around until she falls over. She wants food and water but can't seem to find it. Her head shakes around and she can't peck at the right spots. I've been having to assist her and push her beak into the water to get her to drink. I'm going to keep her isolated, and I think I'm going to continue to keep the other away from the flock at least until tomorrow to make sure she's completly fine.
