Hen acting strange

This started over night one day she was fine the next I thought she was gone. Looked everywhere found her 2 days later cause she came out to eat while I was standing there.

I still think she is unwell, hopefully she will get better, time will tell

Update on my little lady, today she is fine, came out to eat with the rest of the flock but went right back under house afterwards. I looked her over good, nothing wrong that I can see, haven't found any bloody poo just a hen that likes to lay with the dogs. Making a new nesting box today to see if that will coax her out.
