Hen acting strange

Ok, Stella is still not wanting to stand, and being very aggressive. I need some opinions. Should I check to see if she's egg bound? I don't know what to do. I don't want anything bad to happen to her. She won't even let me put my hand near her without trying to peck me. So, please, and thank you for any advice!
