Hen acting strange

I have a 2 year old RIR that is acting different today. I just walked outside and noticed her standing still and not moving. Its close to their bed time so I thought she was getting ready for bed. Then I noticed she was hanging her butt feathers close to the ground. I picked her up and didn't feel an egg in her,and I saw her poop. Any idea of what it could be? Thanks

She also seemed to be breathing a little heavy

Update: today I found her sitting under the porch on the concrete in the corner. She will drink but I can't seem to get her to eat. Her poop last night was basically clear water with a little bit of green solid. Today her poop is yellow and watery. When she gets up she hangs her back end low and moves her tail. It looks like she is straining because her vent is moving. Could she be egg bound? I put electrolytes in her water and put a little bit of food, scratch and calf manna in front of her and she won't touch it. What should I do?
