Hen acting tired

My 9 month old silkie pullet has been acting tired lately. Yesterday she just kinda stood around (shes not the most active hen but that was not very like her, but she had just been in a stressful situation) And this morning she has just been laying down and not doing much. She was inside last night so I could check her crop in the morning. Is this just her being tired and not getting much sleep (Especially after the recent storm that went through where I live) What do you think? I am really worried, any help is welcome.

She has layer feed and we put antibiotics in her water to prevent vitamin deficiencies, No I have not wormed her. Most of my hens will occasionally sleep (She didn't get good sleep last night) when they have a restless night.

Antibiotics l don't prevent vitamin deficiency it just makes disease resistant to Antibiotics. what exactly are you giving her?

Ok, what is the dosage for that? Have checked all over for any injuries? What was the stressful situation or was that the storm?

1 scoop a gallon, I will check over for injuries when I get home, and she had to be inside last night so I could check her poop and crop.
