Hen acts strange ?

I’ve seen two of my hens do this but I don’t understand why? They cluck while gathering eggs and putting the eggs under themselves and fluff up like broody hens do but then a few minutes later they’ll get up and act like nothing happened or instead they’ll lay an egg and do what I assume is the egg laying song after they’re done and go on about their business. Is this normal.

That's normal, i dont know why they do it, maybe just a nesting "my nest!" Thing. Mine do it too.

Completely normal. Most of mine will make it a point to roll the other eggs in the nest (fake or real) under them during the laying process.
