Hen - always very fluffed up, tail bent back!

One of my hens has been always sitting in the nestbox, eggs or not, and when on the ground fluffed up big time, making rapid vibrating like clucks, and her tail is fanned out and bent so far up it almost touches her back. looks like a male turkey.
Full of vigor, no sick symptoms.
