Hen Apron, hen's didn't lay today???

Have any of you put aprons on your hens and they didn't lay after? Our girls are like clockwork. Never miss a day. I put aprons on them yesterday and all 3 of the ones I put the aprons on didn't lay today? I am guessing that's the culprit. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how long can I expect them to be on strike, ha ha. Thanks!

Any stressor can case a stop in laying. It might take a few days to get used to the new aprons. They should start up again soon though.

Thanks for the quick response. I kind of figured it would affect them seeing as they seemed to hate them for the first few hours ha ha...Hopefully, back to normal soon! I appreciate it!
