Hen attacked by a dog - looking for advice.

Need some advice. My favorite hen was attacked by a dog Thursday night. She has some skin missing on her back but nothing else appears to be wrong. She won't eat or drink and won't stand up at all. I have been cleaning her wounds and been giving her some antibiotics. I have also been syringe feeding her water and pretty much pushing food down her throat. I don't think her back is broken because when I turn her upside down and try to hold her up by her legs she tries to resist me. Has anyone else experienced this? There are also sections on her back that are now black/dark blue. Not sure if this is bruising or something else? Maybe this is why she won't stand up. For now I have her setup in a "chicken sling". This seems to be working well except for when she gets excited and tries to fly out of it.

I would let her rest, and try not to stress her, since she may have internal injuries or nerve damage. Be careful pushing food down her throat, so that she doesn't aspirate. .
