HEN ATTACKED BY HAWK (graphic images)

I'm giving her an epsom salt bath right now, she keeps standing in the bath for about 1 minute and then coming out. Only her legs and the bottom of her stomach got wet, none of the parts that actually have wounds. How do I get her to stay in the bath?
I wouldn’t stress her out too much trying to get her to stay in it. She’s been through a lot. Maybe just try again in a day or so. The saline spray is a good, easier idea.

Their comb and wattles flush when they get excited/worked up. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a bit of prolapse with the injury and swelling putting pressure on everything. I am not useful for treatment of prolapse problems, I don’t have experience. @Eggcessive @Wyorp Rock maybe you have advice for this? You both seem to have really good advice for injuries/illness :fl

If she is prolapsed, you can try witch hazel or prep h to reduce swelling. Or even honey. It's hard to tell with the blood. But I would be afraid to push in the exposed tissue. I'd treat her for shock and keep those wounds (and any prolapsed tissue) clean and moist. Electrolytes in her water might he a good idea.
