Hen attacked by possum, help on how to save her?

I agree, I'd get her stabilized. Sugar water or electrolytes would be good to give.

Clean the wounds with saline, open the eyes and flush them out with saline. Trim the feathers from around the wounds on her neck so you can see them better. Apply triple antibiotic ointment to the wounds after you've thoroughly cleaned the wounds.

Try to remove the foreign material that is in her nostril. What's the inside of her beak like?

For the eyes, she does have some swelling, after you flush and clean out the eyes with saline, put an ointment into the eyes. Original Neosporin or Terramycin eye ointment.

Her neck is twisting due to trauma and injury. I would begin offering vitamin support, give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex once daily. A treat of egg or tuna will help with the uptake of E.

I would not use Blu Kote on a head wound or around the eyes. It's not advisable to soak a bird that is in shock, you risk sending them over the edge.
