Hen behavior

Most of my hens have been bringing their heads up and down on their left and right sides. They are not bobbing their heads, and they get really chatty. They only do this when they walk up to my drakes. So what are they doing?
Sorry if I can't describe it better.

They are maturing and flirting....Your reading too much into your duck behaviour......Not kids anymore....Enjoy.
