Hen bleeding and sneezing

I am new to backyard chickens and need help. One of my hens is sort of coughing/sneezing. Each time it does blood comes out of its beak. What could be the problem? We got the coup used and I am wondering if some of the siding could have made her ill? It looks like it has been pecked.
