Hen can't get on roost

I have a 28week old blue orphington hen that cannot get on the roost the rest does but she can't,she just sleeps on the coop floor.i have noticed ever since she was a chick she is not as coordinated as the rest of the flock ,she just kinda wattles around but has always seemed healthy.even when I place her on the roost she can't keep her balance I wonder what could be her problem?

Orpingtons are a heavy breed and need at least a 2x4 flat to roost on but, if the roost is too high they tend to avoid the possible fall. My orps have a roost at 15 " like a platform and from that they can get to the 2x4 roost that are 24" high. I have BR that roost at 6' with a 4' vertical jump to get to roost area.
