I noticed her this morning looking like she couldn't fully extend her legs into a standing or walking position. I just found her in the coop in rough shape. It seems she can raise her tail end but not get her front end up. I tried to bring her in the house but the rooster head her making noise and came running. I came in to write this and now I'll close the hatch and try to get her in. Maybe make a video if that will help.
Thanks

Awww :( very sad to see that. I never dealt with anything like that but I would google it or take her to a vet if you can. She looks like a very sweet girl, I wish you and her the best.

So sory to see your hen like that. She has some sort of neurological condition for sure. Mareks disease is fairly common, and botulism is a diease they can get from eating contaminated material from decayed animals or vegetation. There is a slim possibility that is could be a vitamin deficiency, so I would start her on poultry vitamins today. Keep her food and water within reach. Here is some info:

Bring her inside, and look at her legs, any injury? Could she something caught around her legs/feet? I noticed she had yellow runny poop around vent area,is this recent(stress from not being able to get up)or has it been going on awhile? She is stressed, calm her down, make sure she has had water/feed as she has not been able to get any herself.

Thanks for the links and info everyone. She was unable to get into the coop last night so I had to push her in through the hatch. This morning she got herself up and out of the coop on her own. She's getting around much better today. I'm off to the farm supply for vitamins and I'll report back later.
Thanks again.
