hen chicks intestine out

Hello everyone,
My chicks hatched late they were over broody and its been 25 days since the eggs begin to start piping,
The egg shell were broken not due to piping but i guess do the air the startes getting to comeout, when I decided to take out the chicks manually their intestines were out, most of them were same 3 died already after few hours of hatch, please let me know where the hatch went wrong as the chicks were alive inside and the intestine were out pls help

Was it chick intestines or the attached egg sac that is absorbed?

Intestines out means you assisted much too early. You were saying they were under a broody? In general, broodies are best left alone to do their thing.
