I noticed about 2 days ago that my favorite hen, 1 year old ee, was just sleeping standing up while everyone else was running around. I brought her in to separate her and her crop was empty. I've been giving her water via a syringe but haven't noticed her eating still. She's just slowly falling asleep wherever she's at.

Ok, can you feel her belly and see if it is hard, soft, squishy or otherwise different than usual? Smell in her beak, what is the smell. Could she be egg bound? Has she laid and weird looking eggs or lash egg?

Not egg bound, I've had one before. No weird smells. I'm about to worm her just in case and give her nutridrench

1 year old....sleeping standing...crop was empty...No diarrhea, it's green and yellowish but pretty firm/dry looking

The way she is standing - any bloat/swelling, feeling of fluid in the abdomen?
Photos of the poop? If you have a vet that can check the poop for any signs of worms or coccidiosis overload, that would be great.

Since she is standing all the time, it would seem that she is uncomfortable laying down. She may be suffering from an internal laying/reproductive disorder like Egg Yolk Peritonitis, Ascites, cancer or tumors. Symptoms include lethargy, going off feed, swelling or fluid in the abdomen, penguin stance/standing all the time, lameness, difficulty breathing and sometimes poop that looks like it has egg in it.

If she has swelling in the abdomen that feels like fluid, then sometimes this can be drained to give some relief. Antibiotics usually are not that effective, but may help give supportive care of reproductive orders are caught early enough.
Do the best you can to get her hydrated - if she won't drink, consider tubing fluids into her. Add poultry vitamins if you have them. Once she is hydrated see if she will eat for you.

Keep us posted.

She isn't standing all the time, she's just falling asleep when she is standing. I haven't seen any sign of parasites, but put some wormer in her water just in case as well as electrolytes. No swelling of the abdomen, just acting odd. I'm planning on giving her an epsom salt soak when I get home. I switched her waterer and she started drinking more on her own so I'm just going to watch her for a while.

Her poop is bright green now

Can you take a poop sample to your vet for testing of worms, coccidiosis and bacterial infection?

Green poop could be from not eating for a couple of days, but it can also be due to infection, worms, coccidiosis and disease. Do the best you can to keep her hydrated, offer the poultry vitamins as @andreanar suggested and see if she will eat for you. If she refuses normal feed after she is well hydrated, then offer some egg or tuna - sometimes a sick bird will accept one of those.
