Hen Coughing

I am new to chickens, got four hens from one flock and two from another. All are 7-8 months old. One of them has a periodic cough, no discharge or congestion is evident. Seems like a dry cough. None of the other hens are sick or have this cough. Is this anything I should treat or worry about? She seems very active and eats well, just coughs.
