I have 5 month old hen and she keeps crowing and mounting my other hens. I have one roster. She is an ameraucana. She is the size of my roster but we know she is a hen. Is this normal??
 
Are you sure she is a hen? Do you have any current pictures of her you can post for us to see?
 
No I will get one tomorrow.. She has never crowed until I brought my 5 month old pekin duck out by her. They aren't in the same coop area but they can see each other
 
Welcome to BYC! I agree with Pyxis, could you get a picture so we can see if she really is a hen? Even so, it isn't unheard of if a hen starts to crow.

Oh yes, that's an easter egger rooster. A pretty one too!

The long, pointy, shiny hackle and saddle feathers, and long, curved over tail. Hens do not get those feathers. If your other one looks just like her, it's probably a rooster too.
