Help! Today I went to let my hens out and one of them doesn’t want to walk or stand. She walked far enough to leave the run but then just plopped herself down. I can’t see any injuries but she does have some poop near her bum feathers. Video of Hen

When is the last time she laid an egg?

I would place her in a crate or kennel within the coop or run with access to her own food and water. Make sure she's able to drink and eat.

Do look her over again for any injuries, bruising or abrasions, under the wings too. While inspecting her, note if there's any lice/mites and check her vent for any tissue that is exposed like a prolapse.

Can you tell if her left leg is weak or if both are the same. As WyorpRock recommended, look for injuries, and I might insert a clean finger into the bent to feel for a stuck egg. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease?

I haven't put her in her own spot yet, but I did give her some sugar water (just in case a glucose thing!?) and i gave her a little tray of nutrient dense treats and she went to town eating. I can't find any injuries, bruises or mites.

Both legs seem to be the same. She will lean to either side. If she really wants to get away she can do a little squat run for like six feet before deciding to just lay down. I put on some gloves and checked her vent and abdomen and didn't feel any egg at all. She's been pooping a lot and they are normal seeming poops. I don't think she is vaccinated from Mareks? She is a chick from Tractor Supply about two years ago. :(

Have you added any birds to your flock recently? Usually Mareks strikes earlier in life, but can affect them at any age when they are newly exposed.

From looking at the video she seems to have her back end cocked up slightly a bit like my pullet has been doing lately when she is egg-bound. You are sure there is no egg in vent? Is it possible to bring her to vet? If all else fails and you can't figure out what is wrong I would try to get my hands on some Baytril or similar antibiotics and give her those for a week or so in case she has an infection of some sort which has left her with no energy to walk around as she normally would.
