Hen doesn't want to stand up

Hey I have a hen that appears to be sick, she doesn't want food or drink, she doesn't want to stand up, she isn't egg bound. I'm just puzzled! What could be wrong with her?

How old is she?
My hen is not standing now either. I've had her inside about 2 weeks waiting to see if it is a sprain.

Her comb looks pretty red, that's good.

How old is she?
How long has she been like this?
What does her belly and crop look like?
Are here legs drawn up/immobile, can she use them at all?
Any symptoms you noticed beforehand?
Any new chickens added to the flock recently?

Hydration is very important. Can you separate her from the flock so you can monitor her and encourage her to drink water, if you have vitamins/electrolytes that may be helpful as well. Offer her some wet food - wet crumbles or layer pellets made into a mash, tuna, scrambled or boiled egg and see if she will take it.
