I've not tried everything like you have, but our situations are definitely similar. (Updated->)Daisy has died today so no more urgent care is needed. However, my following questions still stand so I can know for future reference. c:

When would you suggest Copper Sulfate over Miconazole? Should chickens be improving throughout the Miconazole treatment?

I would say if you use the Miconazole and it doesn't work.

Should chickens be improving throughout the Miconazole treatment?

It depends on the severity of the illness. But in most cases I do think it should work.
