Thank you. I had heard i could use golf balls or even small round rocks. Im going to the feed store on Friday so I will check out what they offer for this ☺

Golf balls will work also. I have some of them in my nest boxes too.
I also found a split open soft shell egg below the roost this morning. I don’t know if it was eaten or just broke when it hit the floor but I threw another ceramic egg under the roost just to be on the safe side.
