Hen eating eggs

Everytime my hen lays soft eggs my other hen always eat it
when ever she lays an egg or the other hen she bites it
How can I stop this?

I have an EE that is the only one that lays other-than-Brown eggs. The other chickens eat it everyday. They don't eat brown eggs, only the EE eggs. I just thought they were racists.

I try one of they didn't eat them before I could get to them

Eating softshell eggs is fair game IMO.
or a thin shelled eggs that get stepped on and broken.

If they are eating hard shelled eggs that's a problem.
