We have a hen who has been having trouble perching, she can fly up but once she lands she cannot keep balance and falls to the ground (her usual perching spot is a stall door). We found a bumble on one toe which was removed a few days ago but she’s still struggling. She walks and every few steps will start to fall over. She catches herself by putting a wing out but is very Unbalanced. Wondering if it could be neurological and what to do to help her. She’s spending a lot of time on the ground and even loses balances while pecking. Thank you in advance for any input 🙏🏻

She’s maybe 4 or 5. Eats standard chicken pellets with dried meal worms. I’m trying to figure out how to upload a video of her!

Aside from the bumblefoot, have you checked her over good for injuries? Is she stumbling on the same side always and using the same wing to balance? Her poop normal? Eating and drinking and behavior otherwise normal? Wondering if she obtained a sprain by jumping down from something?
