Hen falls on one leg when trying to get up

I have a 7 month old blue orpington which cannot get up as she falls to her left side,had her to the vets and he couldn't find anything so put her on antibiotics, she seems a little better but not eating a lot,she ate scrambled egg ok and she is drinking,any ideas please.
She is poking and has no signs of being bit

My chicken had something like this, we didn't know what it was, but it went away within about a week.

Or it could be a leg injury of some kind
