Hen fell and hit a brick

My hen was on my arm and she flew off and didnt land right and she hit the corner of a brick around her crop and she was walking alittle funny but then she was okay and she eat some food should i just put her in a cage and let her rest ?and should I be really worried ?

I think leave her be with the flock if she is acting normal. Keep an eye on her for the next few days just in case.
