Hen flipped on back

One of my old english game bantam hens flipped on her back tonight. I heard a lot of wing flapping and thrashing all of a sudden, and looked to see her laying on her back. I immediately picked her up and cradled her. She just sat there panting with her eyes closed, and for a minute I thought I would lose her. She had a seizure shortly after that, but was able to recover. After a few minutes, I gave her some poultry cell and put her back with the others. She seems to be fine now, but I'm not sure what caused this. Any ideas as to what might've happened.
