This has happened to me numerous times, and its starting to make me laugh and irritating at the same time...
A chicken is spotted sitting in the nesting box in the afternoon...and doesn't move all evening...
So I get all excited that shes broody when I lock the door for the night.
But then when I go to open the door the next morning, shes like "just kidding!" and is back on the roost with the other hens.....
Why do they do this to me? ha ha
