Hen found laying on back and died -

DH heard the girl squawking saw her laying on her back- went over said she made a loud squawk shat and died. When I left this am all girls were fine. What could have happened?
Not even a year-BBW-about 9 mos. no other signs of illness.

Sorry about your turk.

I'd guess heart attack (check for swollen heart/discoloration of tissue). BB's are prone to sudden death from heat attack, chances of which peak at different ages by different routes.
