Hen furiously pecking the air,herself and the ground? Not eating

She's blind so she occasionally pecks the air but all of a sudden today she's constantly pecking herself, the air, and eating the hays on the ground like she's gone crazy. Drinking lots of water but not eating much. She has an overgrown beak too

I'm sorry she's not doing well.

You may want to check her over for lice and mites. If her beak is overgrown, then start to get it back into shape by gently filing it. Work on it over time so you don't get into the quick.
Drinking a lot of water, I would make sure her crop is emptying completely overnight.
Adding some poultry vitamins to her water or direct dosing her once a week for a few weeks may also be helpful.
