Today my duck laid her first egg. One of my drakes got in a bad fight with my rooster but they are okay it's my small hen that seems to have been badly hurt she can't move at all. Her eyes are closed she opens them a bit she can't move her legs the only things he seems to be able to control is her head she also isn't eating or drinking i give her some water through a serenge

Is she drinking? Have you examined her all over to make sure she has no wounds or injuries hiding under feathers? I would keep her in a warm, quiet place and try to get some fluids in her. If you have electrolites, give her some of that. She may just be in shock, and time may be all she needs. If she needs support to stay upright then you can use rolled up bath towels around her, or use a chicken sling (examples below). If you use a sling, you need to supervise, sometimes they freak out and may hurt themselves trying to get out of it. Give her some time, make sure she's eating and drinking, droppings are normal.
