Hen Gurgling

I have a 1 year old Wyandotte hen that I noticed is gurgling when she pants. I may have seen her sneeze one or twice the other day as well. For the past 2 nights she has slept in the nest box, I'm not sure why - she doesn't seem broody. She seems pretty normal despite the gurgling sound she's making tonight... it was 100 degrees here today.
