Hen has bandage tape on foot...

Well I never....

I was outside and looked at my hens in the yard when I noticed one of them had walked onto bandage tape. How that got in the yard, I don't know. How do I get it off and hold her at the same time? Is there a simple way to do this? It's stuck to the skin of her foot pretty good. I can clip her feathers but not sure how to get it off her skin....

Acetone (nail polish remover, some of them, read the label) will dissolve the bandaid glue quickly. Tuck her under you arm like a football and clean with other hand.
