Looking for the best course of action for treating Chippy.

1) What type of bird , age and weight almost 3 y.o. Easter egger hen, approx 7 lbs (normal weight)
2) What is the behavior, exactly. Bubbles noted in her left eye
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? One day
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. None
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. Winter weather-related stress? No other ideas
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. Yes, all-flock feed and occasional treats (scratch, vegetable scraps)
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. Normal
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? Isolation
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? Self treat
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use Pine shavings in coop

Isolated this morning as I saw foam in the front corner of her left eye only, with a little wetness on her cheek muff, and maybe a little clear nasal discharge. After a few hours in isolation in the unheated garage, it seems to have mostly cleared up (I do see a little bubble in this photo).

Aside from the eye, she seems fine. No sneezing, wheezing, weight loss. Other chickens appear fine thus far.

How would you approach this? My mind immediately goes to mycoplasma, but can other conditions cause this? As far as antibiotics, I have enrofloxacin on hand (which might be lifetime egg withdrawal? Can't find definitive info, but not a huge deal if it is), but I'm prepared to order tylosin powder and terramycin ointment.

I would prefer not to keep her separated for too long, she is stressed out in the crate plus is lowest on the pecking order and I know I would have a heck of a time reintegrating. I assume her flockmates have already been exposed to this if it is indeed contagious.
