Hen has eaten a piece of glass

One of my girls just ate a decent sized piece of glass what should I do. Should I try to do a crop flush? Do I need to cut it out. How do I do a flush? Somebody please help!

Did you get it out? Ive seen my hens eat a lot of bad things, like pieces of plastic or screws and they always passed them with no issues. I dont know about glass though, hope your both ok!
