My leghorn, Maplesugar already has bumblefoot, and we got her treated by the vet, but I just noticed that she has peeling skin on her feet. Where it's coming off, there is not fresh, new skin underneath, just reddish flesh. There is no blood. I'm worried about her and I don't want to lose Maple.

She got a cortisone injection in her foot 4 days ago at the vet and has been taking antibiotics in her water.
Also, today she seems sleepier than normal. Any ideas of what is going on? Advice appreciated.
