I have a young hen who stopped laying 3 weeks ago. She is about 9 months old, an exchequer leghorn, and just started laying this spring. She was laying about 5 eggs a week up until 3 weeks ago when I deep cleaned my coop - the first deep clean since she started laying. She has laid zero eggs since. She is active and eating great and outwardly healthy. Nothing else has changed, and the rest of my flock (8 hens total) is laying normally. I am not seeing her go into the nesting boxes at all. Any ideas?

If it has been three weeks then it might be a good idea to check her vent for Aart's butt check. That should be long enough for the vent to dry up.

My guess is that she is hiding a nest on you somewhere, probably in the coop or run since they don't free range every day. They can be really creative in hiding a nest in plain sight.
