Hen having trouble breathing

Hi. Brought sick hen in house 4 days ago and started her on baytril 22.7 mg/ml liquid. The only symptom I see is shortness of breath. I give her 1.4cc per day in a little scrambled egg. Her condition has worsened, now some open mouth breathing. I have Tetracycline here. Can I use both together? Or should I switch, stop the baytril? I have lost two hens already to similar problems, can't seem to get it under control. Please help. I don't have money to run to vet again. Have spent sooo much on chickens through the summer.
