Hen having trouble standing and walking

Found one of my girls unable to stand on her own, she can't really walk but gets around the coop and then lays in another spot. Seems alert otherwise, eats and drinks if I hold her up or put food down for her. She'll be a year old in the spring, not sure if she's been laying. Just want to get advice on what I should do. I don't want her suffer any longer.

She seems to be coming around, she gets up to eat and has been coming outside to get a drink. She startled me a few times because I wasn't used to seeing her out. Her tail in usually pointed down but sometimes she looks completely back to normal. Today I thought she was going to come out and walking around a bit but then one of my hens, my largest one went over and grabbed the back of her head and I chased her away. So I'm not sure if it was caused but an injury or if it's neurological. It's really bizarre. She's been up on the roost a few times and the color seems to be coming back in her comb. I'm hoping with the warmer weather coming she'll be able to get her strength back and join the flock. I felt so guilty but she seems to have adapted. She still has a wobble to her but it's a lot better than it was.

The hen I have with the same symptoms seemed to rebound a bit after giving her some vitamin B and electrolytes, but she is still occasionally sitting down with her legs sort of sprawled out in front of her. She’s been roosting too and has a healthy looking comb and no vent issues I can see. She doesn’t seem to be in any distress - it’s really baffling. I hope your hen continues to be on the mend!

The hen I have with the same symptoms seemed to rebound a bit after giving her some vitamin B and electrolytes, but she is still occasionally sitting down with her legs sort of sprawled out in front of her. She’s been roosting too and has a healthy looking comb and no vent issues I can see. She doesn’t seem to be in any distress - it’s really baffling. I hope your hen continues to be on the mend!

Her vent didn’t seem closed or swollen and she was perfectly fine yesterday. She seems healthy and alert, eats and drinks if I put food and water in front of her but she is unable to stand or walk.
