Hen head?

I think this is my hen and the others are all Jake's. That's her close up and she's the blue/greyish colored bird.

What age?

Dark colored hens will have light colored lower edges on their breast feathers.

If your turkeys are at least 3 months old and you want to have them sexed from pictures, post a series of three photos from each bird individually. On picture should be a full frontal view. One picture should be a full side view. The third picture should be looking down at an angle from behind and should include the back of the neck and the top of the head.
