Yesterday one of my hens layed her first egg and got heat stroke at the same time. I brought her inside as soon as I found her and put water under her feathers to try and cool her off. I put her on a cool wet towel and in front of a fan in the coolest room in the house to bring her temp down to normal. She wasn't drinking on her own, so I used a clean syringe and squirted water into her mouth. She didn't resist. I put her into a Pet Taxi and kept her inside the rest of the day and overnight. It's 5:00 a.m. and she is just laying in the pet taxi and not drinking on her own. I squirted water into her mouth again this morning and she didn't resist. She hasn't eaten since yesterday, her stool is watery and I took the top of the pet taxi off, she stood up and tried to roost on the side. I caught it just before it started to tip over. But when I went to clean it out and move her to a clean place, I found this almost clear long sac with fluid and something else inside of it. She also has something hanging from her bottom. I don't know if I should let her push it out or pull it out. I don't know what to do for her, other than keep her clean and hydrated

Pictures please! The water, please be careful when giving it. It is too easy to have the water go down the wrong tube. A better way is to put drops on the beak and let her take it in or use a tube. I have never done this myself so wouldn't dare advise.

She needs electrolites and it may be something that takes you a while to get into her if you use the drop method.

Most of the water I try to squirt into her mouth runs down the outside of her beak, but I got her to drink it out of the syringe this morning.

That's a shelless egg. Slowly pull it out if you havnt already done so. Hens laying for the first time sometimes lay malformed eggs. Excessive heat can cause diarrhea. You did the right thing by bringing her inside and getting her cooled down. A couple of drops of poultry nutri drench given orally once a day for 3 days will replenish lost minerals/vitamins due to the diarrhea.
