Hen hide-a-way in the pen?

hi all! Working on my new pen and I was told to make spots for hens to hide away during breeding season. Wondering if anyone had any cute ideas from their own pen? Thanks!

We don't do anything 'cute', we just lean a wood pallet against the wall.
