Hen house

How can I get my birds to go in the hen house? They just gather together in the corner of the coop at night. Doors wide open with a light on.

They don't automatically know what the coop is. You have to train birds to go into the coop at night, physically get them inside and up on the roost bars. Do this for a week and they will learn to go in themselves.

Pictures of the coop would definitely help.
I've had more than a few chicks that I've had to physically place in the coop for a week or two before they figured it out. Some just seem to learn faster than others.
