Separate all the new chickens immediately as if one of the new ones is sneezing she might have a respiratory disease. You don't want your other chickens getting ill with it. I would actually NEVER put them in with your flock at all if it were me- if she does have a respiratory disease, as they can become carriers of disease.

Now sneezing can also be from environmental causes. It is good to quarantine for 30 days when you get new chickens anyway (asymptomatic carriers can still pass the quarantine though).

In terms of her injury I hope someone will tell you soon what to do. You can use antibiotic ointment on chickens but make sure it doesn't have painkillers. You will need to keep her separate until she heals because chickens really peck at injuries.

Separate from other chickens - She might have something and you don't want your other birds to catch it!

I hear gape worms can also cause sneezing. She probably needs deworming if she wasn't taken proper care of. I'd use ivermectin. (I can give you info on how to do this, feel free to PM me)

Treat for mites with poultry powder or DE. Put it in a empty squeeze bottle and puff the DE or powder all around deep in her feathers. (cured mites on a silkie this way with DE)

She looks young so I don't expect much color in the comb of a young hen.

Might want to treat her for scaly leg if you think somethings up with her legs. I used Scaly leg protector and worked greet for me!

As for the head, antibiotic ointment should work fine. If its some huge hole which it doesn't look like it is you might clean and disinfect wound and stitch up if you know how.

You could always try an Avian vet if you have one around.

Best of luck!
