Hen is having trouble breathing

I noticed my little bantam hen sounds stuffed up when i hold her. What can i do to help her? Ive only had a hen be like this once and i gave diluted ACV, should i do that here?

Are her eyes bubbly?
Could you check inside her mouth to see if theres any obstructions?

Actually i went ahead and checked. No, her eyes arent bubbly, i can still hear her breathing weird when im not holding her. I checked in her mouth but didnt see any obstructions. Her nose isnt running either... I just got her so I hope she will be okay

Could you check her crop? It would be easier in the morning before she ate, but right now it shouldn't be very hard , or 'squishy' , and her breathe shouldn't smell.

It could mean she has sour crop
